7 kiled in blast at Venezuela oil refinery

An explosion rocked the Amuay Oil Refinery in northwestern Venezuela, killing 7 and injuring 48, according to CNN.

 The refinery is part of the Paraguana complex-- one of the world largest oil refinery in the world. And it is located in Falcon State.
